Terms of service
The agreement between you and BuyFollowersAustralia when you place an order. Plain English, and your consumer rights come first.
1. What we sell
We sell one-off packages that increase the number of followers on an Instagram or TikTok profile, or the number of likes on one Instagram post or TikTok video. We do not promise that followers or likes come from real, active or Australian people, that they will engage with your content, or that they will lead to more reach, customers or income.
2. Who can order
You must be 18 or over, and you must own the account or have the owner’s permission to order for it.
3. What you give us
A public username for follower packages, or a link to one public post or video for likes. We never ask for your password and you must never send it. The account, post or video must stay public, and the username unchanged, until delivery is complete.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and are charged once on a secure hosted checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. There is no subscription. If you pay with a card issued outside Australia, your card provider converts the amount and may charge a fee.
5. Delivery
Delivery normally starts within minutes of payment and is spread out on purpose. Typical times are shown on the site; they are estimates, not guarantees. If a username is wrong, private or changed during delivery, the order may stall; contact us and we’ll help, but we can’t recover followers or likes already sent to the wrong place.
6. Refills and refunds
If your count drops within 30 days of delivery finishing, we top it up free on request. If we can’t deliver some or all of an order, we refund that part. Full details are in our refund policy.
7. Platform rules
Instagram and TikTok have their own terms, which generally prohibit buying followers or likes, and they may remove followers or likes or take action on accounts. You decide whether to order knowing that. We can’t control what the platforms do, and we can’t guarantee that nothing will happen to your account.
8. Your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability for an order is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the amount you paid for it.
9. Acceptable use
Don’t use our services for accounts that impersonate others, for illegal content, or to mislead consumers or advertisers. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a refund) if we believe it breaks these terms.
10. Changes and contact
