Refund policy and refill

When you get your money back, when we top up instead, and how your rights under the Australian Consumer Law fit in.

In short

Order never starts: full refund. Part can’t be delivered: refund for that part. Count drops within 30 days of delivery finishing: free top-up. Email support@buyfollowersaustralia.com with your ord_ reference.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

When you buy services in Australia, you get consumer guarantees that can’t be excluded, including that services are provided with due care and skill, are fit for the purpose you made known, and are supplied within a reasonable time. If a service fails to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to have it fixed, or to cancel and get a refund, depending on whether the failure is major or minor. This policy sits on top of those rights and doesn’t limit them.

Full refunds

  • We couldn’t start your order, for any reason on our side.
  • You cancel before delivery has started. Email us as soon as possible.

Partial refunds

If we can deliver only part of a package, we refund the undelivered part, worked out in proportion to the package price.

The 30-day refill

Instagram and TikTok remove accounts they think are inauthentic, so some drop-off is normal and isn’t a failure of the service. If your follower or like count drops within 30 days of delivery finishing, email us with your reference and we top it back up to the delivered amount, free. The account or post must still be public.

When we can’t refund

  • Followers or likes that have already been delivered can’t be taken back, so we can’t refund a delivered order because you changed your mind.
  • If the username or link you gave was wrong, or the account was made private or renamed during delivery, we’ll do what we can, but we can’t recover what was already sent.
  • Drops after the 30-day refill window.

None of this affects a refund you’re entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, in Australian dollars. Most banks show the refund within three to ten business days.

Disputes

Please email us first; most problems are sorted quickly. If we can’t resolve it, you can contact the consumer protection agency in your state or territory, such as NSW Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs Victoria.
