To help us help you quickly
- Your order reference, which starts with
ord_. It’s on your order page and in your receipt. - The username or link the order was for.
- What you need: a refill, a refund, a correction to a username, or a question before you buy.
Common requests
- Refill: if your count dropped within 30 days of the order finishing, send the reference and we’ll top it up.
- Typo in a username: email straight away. If delivery hasn’t started we can correct it.
- Refunds: see the refund policy. Anything we can’t deliver is refunded.
What we’ll never ask for
Your password, a login code or remote access to your phone. If someone claiming to be us asks for any of those, it isn’t us.
