Privacy policy
What we collect when you browse or order, why we need it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do.
What we collect
- Order details: the packages, the public username or post link, the price and an order reference. Payment details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted checkout and never reach us; we receive confirmation that you paid and, through the checkout, your email address for the receipt.
- Lookups: when you type a username in the order form or a free tool, we send it to a data provider to fetch that account’s public profile details (picture, name, counts and recent public posts) so you can check it. We don’t store those lookups beyond a short cache.
- Messages: whatever you send us by email.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse (for example, too many lookups in a minute). Our hosting provider keeps standard logs for security and reliability.
- On your device: your cart and the last username you used are stored in your browser so they survive a page reload. They stay on your device.
What we don’t do
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, we don’t sell personal information, and we never ask for passwords.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run an order: the payment provider, the hosting provider, the profile-lookup provider and the delivery provider that carries out the package (which receives the username or link and the quantity, nothing else). Some of these services are based outside Australia, so information may be processed overseas.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically, unless we need them longer for a refund, a dispute or a legal reason. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@buyfollowersaustralia.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you’re not happy with how we deal with a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
